These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Etrolit website and your engagement of our AI sales & support services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Etrolit for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our Services
Etrolit designs, deploys, and maintains done-for-you AI sales & support systems for e-commerce brands — run on a secure managed server (Managed) or on your own infrastructure (Self-Hosted). The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement following your audit.
Engagements & Payment
Every deployment is custom-scoped. Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in your individual statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to the platforms and accounts required for deployment, and for ensuring your use of the deployed system complies with the terms of any third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify).
Intellectual Property
The Etrolit name, brand, and underlying tooling remain our property. Configurations and content produced specifically for your deployment are licensed to you as described in your engagement agreement.
Data & Deployment
Depending on your deployment track, client operational data is hosted either in a secure environment we manage (Managed) or entirely on your own server (Self-Hosted). In both cases it is never shared with other clients. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etrolit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
