When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. We do not sell your personal data.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your audit, and communicate about our services. For client deployments, your operational data is hosted either in the secure environment we manage for you (Managed) or entirely on your own server (Self-Hosted) — and it is never shared with other clients.
Cookies & Analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies by default. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to assist you or as required by law.
