I founded Etrolit and currently run every side of it. As a bootstrapped solo founder, I lead the technology, the product, marketing, sales, and finance — all of it, today.
My core role is Forward-Deployed AI Engineer (FD AI Engineer): I work hands-on with each store — auditing the business, building and deploying the AI agents, and tuning them on real conversations until they perform. I design the system, ship it, and stay accountable for the results.
As Etrolit grows, these responsibilities will become dedicated roles on the team. Until then, when you work with Etrolit, you work directly with me.
